Due to reverse fitment of Left Cushion Connecting plate, the counter bore of the tightening bolt seating surface faces inwards, causing the collar to enter the counterbore thus resulting in interference between Cushion Arm and Plate Body. As a result, when running repeatedly with the cushion arm and plate body interfering with each other, an excessive load was applied to the plate body, resulting in the breakage of the plate with continued use.

In the ABS (Antilock Braking System) modulator, excessive grease was applied to the 0-ring of the reservoir piston due to improper management of equipment for applying grease to components. If continued use in this condition, a foreign matter adheres to the grease that has moved to the out valve, and that is pinched in the check valve during braking, causing input pressure leak, and increasing the braking distance.

If under-deformed rivet studs are used on the same latch striker, small gaps between the hood and front bumper may start to develop at high speeds (above 150 km/h), allowing air to enter. These gaps can potentially increase at high speeds, and over time, the stress can cause the latch system to fail, separating the hood latch striker from the hood. A separated hood latch striker may allow the hood to open abruptly, obstructing the driver's view and increasing the risk of a crash. It could also fully detach from the vehicle, creating a road hazard and increasing the safety-risk of a crash for following traffic.
