Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), under the aegis of its Human Capital Group, is organizing the SIAM Automotive HR Youth Workshop on 22nd May 2026 in New Delhi. This workshop is a focused initiative aimed at engaging young HR professionals from the Automotive industry to explore emerging workplace trends, future-ready skills, and innovative people practices.
As the Automotive sector undergoes rapid transformation driven by use of multiple alternative powertrain technologies, increasing digitalization, and evolving business models, the role of HR is becoming increasingly strategic. The workshop seeks to create an interactive platform for young HR leaders to exchange ideas, share experiences, and co-create solutions to address the changing talent landscape.
