Together with the Indian Auto Industry, on the occasion of World Environment Day, celebrated globally on 5 June, SIAM, has been organizing pan India, awareness creation campaigns regularly. Building on this momentum, SIAM will be organizing the 6th Conference celebrating World Environment Day on 5 June 2026 from 1000 Hrs at Hotel Shangri-La, New Delhi, themed ‘Climate Action: Accelerating India’s Transition to a Low-Carbon Future’, to deliberate on pathways for advancing sustainable and environmentally responsible mobility in India.
The conference will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, academia, and experts to deliberate on key themes including Alternate Fuels for Sustainable Mobility, Climate Action for India’s Sustainable Development Pathway, Circularity in the Automotive Sector, and Decarbonizing the Automotive Value Chain.
