I/We hereby agree and confirm that I/we shall not share, publish, upload, transmit, reproduce, redistribute or in any other manner make available the statistical information compiled and provided by SIAM, without the prior written permission of SIAM. On being permitted, I/we shall always mention the source of the statistical information i.e. SIAM at a prominent place and in legible format/ font. I/we, also confirm that I/we shall not or cause anyone to use the information procured from SIAM for any activities which is not in compliance of law.
I/we further understands that SIAM reserves its right to immediately terminate my/our subscription, without any liability, in case any breach or violation of this undertaking by me/us and the decision of SIAM is final and binding upon me/us.
