It gives us immense pleasure that this year Japan Automotive Recyclers Association (JARA), in collaboration with Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), will be hosting the 11th Asian Automotive Environmental Forum (AAEF) in New Delhi.
The theme of AAEF this year is - “Automotive Recycling in India: Pathway to the Future - Toward a Sustainable Society”.
The focus of the conference will be on setting-up viable infrastructure and providing solutions for dealing with end-of-life vehicles (ELV) in India. Vehicle penetration in India has seen a sharp rise over the years, and among them, Asian Automotive Manufacturers brands gain a prominent position. In such a scenario, vehicle recycling becomes the need of the hour and a policy requirement, is a pre-requisite, that is currently lacking in our country. Eminent speakers from Asian Automotive Recycling industries are expected to be a part of the conference. We hope to facilitate networking between them and India’s prominent figures and market leaders, to make the conference fruitful.
