As underlined by the Hon’ble Prime Minster recently, Mobility sector in India is witnessing an unprecedented growth in the country and would play a pivotal role in achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat by 2047. The Indian middle class is growing and so is their purchasing power. The expanding spheres and growing income of the middle class of the country are bound to infuse new confidence in the mobility sector as well. Further, the global Automotive landscape is fast changing, with alternative powertrains gaining momentum in the pursuit of decarbonisation. The Indian Automotive industry has also taken steps towards sustainable mobility and would continue to build on a strong foundation of sustainability, environmental consciousness, and safety.
In this context, we are organizing our 64th SIAM Annual Convention on 10th September 2024 where senior leaders from the Government, policymakers, and industry experts will deliberate and brainstorm strategies on how the Auto industry would shape up as the country undertakes the journey towards Viksit Bharat by 2047.
Over the years, the SIAM Annual Convention has attained a distinct identity as India’s most important annual Automotive event, witnessing participation from more than 1,000 officials including eminent Indian and Global Industry Leaders, Senior Government officials and various other stakeholders.
This year SIAM Annual Convention, will have four separate Special Plenary Sessions with the following themes:
